3rd chakra

The 3rd energy center is also called the navel or solar plexus chakra and is home to your navel power and your own self.

A balanced 3rd navel chakra awakens your inner warrior and let the fire burn within you. Focused and full of energy, you will achieve your goals. You know what is important to you in life and through your own  Self-acceptance you promote your inner harmony.

As you may already know, the theory of chakras originates from the ancient Indian healing tradition and therefore each of the 7 energy centers also has a Sanskrit name. In Sanskrit, the 3rd chakra is called "Manipura".

The design of all seven chakra symbols is similar: on the outside are the open lotus blossoms and elements from sacred geometry. The 10-petalled lotus flower is a symbol of the Manipura chakra symbol and the healing color of the 3rd chakra is yellow.
